10X Pilates is a modern Pilates boutique fitness studio that blends the precision of Pilates with the intensity of strength training to build lean strength, improve endurance, develop a stronger core, and increase flexibility — all in one high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout.
The workout consists of slow, controlled movements focusing on time under tension keeping constant resistance to challenge muscles for a longer period of time to build both strength and endurance, and sculpt lean muscle. Expect a full-body burn in every class!
