The perfect introduction to the Sculptformer — and it's FREE. Xplore focuses on how to use the Sculptformer machine, and the fundamental movement patterns that underpin every 10X class. Ideal for first-timers to get a feel for the method and for those who are not familiar with a reformer.
Our signature class. Xcel combines slow, controlled movements with elevated resistance and faster transitions to push endurance and deeply fatigue muscles to build lean strength. Class programming variations may focus on core, upper or lower body, yet each class will be a complete total-body workout. Expect a full-body burn from start to finish.
Our most challenging class. Xceed is a high-intensity, full-body class that demands strength, stability, and focus. Recommended for clients with at least 10 sessions of the Xcel class.
Your recovery class. Xhale is a dedicated stretching and recovery session designed to restore mobility, release tension, and help your body recover between high-intensity sessions. Ideal for all levels and the perfect complement to your regular 10X training.
