Never tried a reformer before? No problem. The 10X Fit Method is designed to welcome all fitness levels — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Here's everything you need to know before your first class.
Start with our Xplore class — a free 30-minute intro session designed specifically for new clients. You'll learn the basics of the Sculptformer® and get a feel for the 10X Fit Method before jumping into a full class.
Every session is capped at 8 clients, so you'll always get personalized attention from your instructor — no getting lost in a crowd.
50 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact, slow, controlled movements with elevated resistance and faster transitions to push endurance and deeply fatigue muscles to build lean strength. It's a full-body burn!
Every class is built around the Sculptformer® — our modern reformer engineered for a more dynamic full-body experience. Classes also incorporate hand weights and other Pilates props to keep every session challenging and varied.
Our instructors guide you through every movement. Whether you've never set foot on a reformer or you're a Pilates veteran, the 10X Fit Method meets you where you are.
Bring your energy! Wear form-fitting, comfortable workout attire. Bring a water bottle, you're gonna need it. Arrive 5 minutes early to get setup. Grip socks are required and are available for purchase at the studio.
